Allison Mooney

Mike Hutcheson
Mike is a columnist, entrepreneur and brand marketing guru. He is not only a magazine and newspaper columnist, but also a regular after dinner speaker and director of a number of private and public companies.
Mike started his career as an advertising copywriter and early on, won the Trenchard-Smith trophy for the highest aggregate marks in Australia and New Zealand in the Advertising Institute exams and the Reader's Digest Scholarship as New Zealand's Most Outstanding Young Advertising Man, which saw him working in Sydney with Lintas Advertising.
He has co-founded a number of leading advertising agencies, including Colenso Communications and Hutcheson Knowles Marinkovich Advertising. He has been part of teams that have produced many of New Zealand's memorable campaigns. He also spent a couple of years with TV and film production house, Communicado, producing and writing for television.
In 1997, Mike joined Saatchi & Saatchi as Executive Director and was appointed Managing Director in 2000. He also set up 'The Hive', a Saatchi and Saatchi think tank.
Mike writes a regular innovation column for Unlimited magazine, following his penning a humour column in The Independent for many years. Collections of some of Mike's liveliest, most articulate and funny columns have been published in book form, the first entitled "No1 Best Seller"! The second, Beethoven's Banker and other stories was published in 2006. He also co-authored "Kickstart Your Creativity with psychologist Rebecca Webster. He is a regular television guest and commentator.
Edward F. Lonergan
Edward F. Lonergan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Diversey since February 2006. Lonergan has also served as director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Holdings since February 2006. Prior to joining Diversey, Lonergan had more than 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry, most recently serving as President of the European region for The Gillette Company from May 2002 until January 2006. He was employed from 1981 to April 2002 by The Procter & Gamble Company, where he held a variety of responsibilities including most recently Customer General Management assignments in Europe and the United States. Lonergan graduated from Union College of New York in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Sandra Lauterbach
Sandra Lauterbach is a Principal at Esty Environmental Partners (EEP) based in Sydney, Australia. EEP is a corporate environmental strategy consulting firm that works with clients to build high-impact environmental strategies to create sustainable business value.
Sandra has more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing corporate strategies, with expertise in developing business-focused environmental strategies. Since joining EEP, Sandra has worked on a range of environmental projects including analyzing the implications of environmental and climate change policies, implementing successful communications and employee engagement programs, and developing strategic partnerships. Sandra has managed projects in the financial services and insurance, transportation, oil and gas, food and beverage, personal care, and chemical sectors.
Before joining EEP, Sandra was the Senior Sustainability Analyst for AIG Investments, where she developed strategies to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into investment analysis. Sandra also previously worked at Scient, Ernst & Young Strategic Advisory Services and New England Consulting Group.
Sandra has a B.A. from Colgate University, a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and a Master's in Environmental Management from Yale University's School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She has published articles on the carbon markets and sustainable employee engagement strategies.
Douglas Cooke
Douglas Cooke has 40 years' experience in the cleaning industry. He Co-Founded Principle Cleaning Services in 1989 after working for major cleaning organisations. He recognised a need in the market place for a high quality and operational focused cleaning company and Principle Cleaning Services has since developed into a successful, sustainable and professional cleaning company employing over 2000 staff.
Highly respected by his peers and colleagues, Douglas currently holds the position of Chairman of the CSSA (Cleaning and Support Services Association), sits on the BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) council and is Deputy Chairman of the British Cleaning Council (BCC). He played rugby for various clubs including Saracens and now referees at weekends. He is also a Magistrate, keen windsurfer and skier and plays an active role in supporting a number of charities including The London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy.Based in North London, Principle Cleaning Services is a customer focused business with exceptional service levels led by a highly experienced, motivated senior management team. The company provides cleaning and associated services to large and medium organisations throughout London and the UK and specialising in the legal & professional, commercial and education sectors. Principle Cleaning Services has a number of prestigious clients including The Gherkin, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Broadgate Estates and Cancer Research UK.
Brett Mitsch
Brett Mitsch is a Director in Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup in Australia and has over 12 years of global investment banking experience gained predominantly in New York through the period 1998-2007.
Brett is a senior executive experienced in developing and executing successful merger and acquisition transactions in the global utility / infrastructure sector. He has presented to boards and senior management teams on the development and execution of strategic growth opportunities. His experience also includes advising UGL on it's acquisition of UNICCO in 2007. In addition he has been requested as a speaker in industry panel discussions with a focus on M&A growth and strategy development.
From 1991-1996 Brett worked as a professional civil engineer in the Australian water industry and recently also worked in corporate development at TRUenergy (the Australian subsidiary of China Light and Power).
Brett has spent time in the not-for-profit sector as an advisor to the Water Portfolio of the Acumen Fund.
Brett has undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of Melbourne, resides in Melbourne, Australia and is married with 2 children.
Rob Watson
Rob Watson is the Executive Editor of GreenerBuildings.com, the one-stop website for the green design, construction and operation of commercial and institutional buildings.
Described by Thomas Friedman as "one of the best environmental minds in America," Watson also serves as the Chairman, CEO & Chief Scientist of the EcoTech International Group, which helps clients around the world achieve cost-effective high performance green buildings through better design, technology and operations.
Under Rob's direction as the "Founding Father of LEED," the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED rating system became the world's most widespread and fastest-growing green building standard. After 20 years as a Senior Scientist with the Natural Resources Defense Council, in 2007 Rob founded the EcoTech International Group to meet fast-growing market demand for green building technologies and services.
Among numerous international awards for his work, Watson is the only foreigner honored for Green Building Innovation by the Chinese Ministry of Construction and received the first lifetime achievement award from the USGBC.
Mr. Watson received his MBA from Columbia University, an M.S. from U.C. Berkeley and a B.A. from Dartmouth College, where he was a Senior Fellow.
He is married to Green Schools Alliance Founder Margaret Howard Watson and has a 12-year-old son, Max.
